A joyful introduction to the world of natural dyes! 

We’ll explore some of the history, nuance, and techniques of creating natural color with plants, such as cosmos, indigo and chamomile.. 

We’ll play with these botanical pigments as you design and dye your own cotton market tote. 

Instructor: Jackie Reno is a fiber artist, grower, and educator who explores process, history and play. She lives in Burlington, VT with her husband and children where she tends her dye gardens and works full time at a Parent-Child center.

If we have a minimum of 5 people signed up before the workshop, we will contact all participants ahead of time to let them know if the workshop will be cancelled or not.**
